Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2009 is a hunting simulation game where you play as a hunter named Flint Abrahams on a globe-trotting quest to track and hunt the most dangerous game in the world.
Hunt in Russia, Tanzania, Alaska, Ecuador, India, British Columbia, Congo, Thailand and Namibia while pursuing 32 authentic animal species including
lions, grizzly bears, jaguars, Cape buffalo and rhinos while navigating dynamic environmental hazards like avalanches, stampedes and piranha infested waters.
This game also has a unique melee defense system that forces you into close quarter combat if you miss a shot on a charging predator.
Multiple gameplay modes offer variety, including the arcade-style Action Zone for fast-paced encounters, strategic Career Hunts with branching mission paths and Quick Hunt scenarios for focused one-season challenges.
