"You Are Kratos, The New God Of War" - God of War II is a mythological action-adventure hack-n-slash game serving as the direct sequel to the acclaimed 2005 original.
Play as Kratos, the newly appointed God of War who finds himself betrayed and stripped of his divine powers by Zeus,
before being rescued by the Titan Gaia and guided on a quest to find the Sisters of Fate to alter his destiny and exact revenge.
If you've played the first game you'll find combat very similar with some new weapons like the Barbarian Hammer, Spear of Destiny and the legendary Blade of Olympus,
alongside expanded magical abilities including Typhon's Bane, Cronos' Rage, Head of Euryale and Atlas Quake.
Enjoy environments spanning ancient Rhodes, the Island of Creation and Mount Olympus.
There's puzzle-solving and quick-time event sequences to progress through cinematic set pieces and intense boss battles against mythological foes like the Colossus of Rhodes, Theseus, Perseus and Zeus himself.
