"The Open West Frontier Of The West" - Red Dead Revolver is a western-themed third-person shooter and the original game of Red Dead Redemtion 2.
Set in the 1880s American frontier, play as bounty hunter Red Harlow on a revenge-driven quest to hunt down the corrupt General Javier Diego and Colonel Daren,
the men responsible for murdering his parents over a hidden gold discovery.
There's a mix of arcade-style shooting with linear, mission-based progression, featuring period weapons like revolvers, rifles, shotguns as well as throwable explosives like dynamite and Molotov cocktails.
Use "Dead Eye" targeting to slow down time to mark multiple precise shots on enemies before unleashing them in rapid succession.
The game also features playable segments as supporting characters like trick-shooter Jack Swift and Red's cousin Shadow Wolf, each with their own unique signature weapons and abilities.
Additional modes include a local "Showdown Mode" supporting up to 4-player split-screen matches that are customizable.
